In September 2010, parents of the students at Francisco Middle School elected to change from a Parent Teacher Association (PTA) format to a Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) format. Francisco Parent Teacher Organization is registered as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization EIN 59-3843203.
Our objectives are to (1) assist in school activities, (2) fundraise for activities not funded by the district, (3) facilitate communication between parents, teachers and students at Francisco Middle School, and (4) carry on other charitable and educational activities associated with this goal as allowed by applicable law.
Our PTO includes all parents, teachers, administrators and community members.
There are no membership dues.
The Francisco Middle School PTO supports parent and teacher activities at the school. The PTO is open to all parents, teachers, administrators, and community members, with a focus on the student’s educational needs, activities, and goals.
